Could Not Save Some Information Entered Was Not Correct Please Fix All Errors and Try Again

• I'k having the error message even though i fill out all the questions that are required and on the review page doesn't display where to fix.

  Sometimes let yous submit the form even if the error message comes upward. Erstwhile how many times fix the question it is asking to ready/fill, information technology doesn't let you submit.

  Probably some of my condition logics contradict each other.

  Yes, it is hard to replicate the problems.  It's like "combing desert".  But it seems that happen when the "Yeah/No" questions were answered, which volition oftentimes take users to pointed questions. Such as "Are you lot legally eligible for employment in this state?*", 8th question.  And answered "No", and so change their mind and go back to the question, and this time click on "Yep" to go forward. And so comes to the cease, "Review & Submit".  It looks fine, so click on "Submit", and the error message comes up.  I tested on my Mac (Chrome), even though the error message comes up, information technology went through.  Simply when I tested on my PC with Chrome, it persists there is error, but neither I could locate missed questions nor any indications of where the bug.

  I think it is conflict of my condition logics somewhere after the very question (8th).  Because once I lifted all "required" from the questions out, and tried the form went through with no trouble.

  I'thousand sorry at that place are still so broad area of questions to cover but that where I am now.

  When I tried to fill the form on my Mac, I could make information technology through and I could submit the course at the end giving me the error bulletin though.

  And then somewhere I take my condition logic conflicts, I can't locate where yet.

  On PC (windows), the users seem to have problem to submit the grade sometimes.  The error messages persist not to let them submit, even though they said they fix the answers.

  Need assistance!!

• I am using windows on my laptop, but I tin can still not replicate the outcome. I cloned for form over again and fabricated several tests. Only one time I saw the error message but the grade was submitted successfully.

  I checked your conditions and it is possible that one of the Unrequire atmospheric condition is triggering the mistake message. Can you please try to disable Unrequire weather condition and examination the form once more. Delight note that you do not take to Unrequire fields that are hidden with weather condition logic. If the required field is hidden you should still exist able to submit the form.

  I lifted allUnrequire conditions out, and tried.  The result is the same, i still get the error message.

  My colleague told me when she answered "Yes" on #16, "Do you accept Piece of work Experience?", and she half filled series of questions and come up back to the #16, and answered "No", at the end she got the fault message and whatever she does, she couldn't submit the form.

  The last time that I faced the same kind of issues, asked question and ane of your colleague told me to do:

  I accept just gone through your form and noted that you have setup conditions to hide required fields. This volition cause the error since once the field is hidden and you take set it to required then the field is non filled causing the error.

  Its always recommended to setup fields you lot demand to Hide/Show using conditions as un-required or use provisional logic to gear up field as united nations-required once its hidden.

• I'thou using also a windows on my laptop,I tried to replicate the issue past following your instructions but I tin can't seem to replicate information technology at my end.

  Errors would be seen on my preview when I tried to submit my course.

  If I had non-filled questions, I know they will be in cherry to indicate.  But near of the time that I tried, at the cease click on submit afterward I check throughly not have not-filled questions. But I still get the fault message and strangely it let it submit anyways.

  I will left all "require" restrictions off and come across if I all the same become the error message.  I will let you know guys the results.

• I still see a couple of UNREQUIRE conditions on your form. I besides failed to reproduce this after running tests on a cloned copy of your form.

  I cloned the problematic form and narrow down to the source of problem question.  It is "Currently Working 1*".  When you answered "Yes" and allow you submit without the error message.  Merely when y'all answered "No", You have to answer those extra questions, "Date of Employed To one*" and "Reason for leaving 1*".  Thing is no thing y'all answered those questions, at the end information technology will allow y'all submit the form but it still gives you the error bulletin.

• I was able to reproduce the problem. Although the class submits, information technology still shows the error message.

  Based on my observation, information technology is the required config list widget that triggers the error. When it is shown and its value isn't changed, and then you make up one's mind to switch to another reply that hides it, information technology still asks a value when you submit the form.

  Try the following, this might prepare information technology.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Form Settings

  three. Set Clear Hidden Field Values to "Clear On Being Hidden" like the post-obit.

• I chose "NO" on the "Currently Working 1*" but I did not encounter any error.
  I take tried on Mac Bone/Chrome and Windows/Chrome.

  

  The effect seems to happen if you click Yes (this volition evidence the required field) and then alter the answer to that question to No (this will hide the required field).

  The grade validation does not work correctly (it does not remove the alarm) if a required field is shown so hidden.

  I cleared form cache and tried the form once more and failed. And I saw the your submitted exam answers. You have to reply #16, "Yes", and answer #21 to recreate the problem.  It seems let you go if you answer "No" and respond questions. But if yous get back and forth the "Yes/No" questions on #21 and go with "Yes" answer, at the end yous'll get error message.

• I followed your steps and I replicated the issue. There was an fault merely the review before submit widget did not capture it and I was able to submit the form.

  

  I tested the class again and I call back, the error was when I filled up some fields, I was using numbers instead of letters that may have triggered the mistake.

  

  Can you lot delight try your form again, and follow the required inputs of each fields.

  However go the message and can't submit information technology. When you answer #21 question, "No" first and go back to #21 and answer, this time "Yes", and become on.  Same to Question #36. I think either one causing problems.

  Go back to those very questions and respond "No" and fill required question, resolve it and let me submit it.

• I am still having a hard time reproducing the error in the cloned version of your form following the same steps you've mentioned. I besides tried simplifying the form only I still couldn't reproduce information technology. I will ask my colleague who was able to reproduce the trouble. We'll get back to you with more information. Thanks

• I have checked your form and I was able to reproduce the outcome with not being able to submit the form.

  The problem is that you have REQUIRED fields that are shown/hidden depending on user'south answer.

  For example, these fields are shown if the answer to Question vii is Yep.

  

  When the fields are hidden (Question 7 is No), make certain they are set to UNREQUIRED. (Add the following condition to your form)

  Do the same for every field that is required and shown conditionally.
  Make sure to set it to UNREQUIRED when it is Subconscious.

  Some other arroyo that I would suggest is to make the fields UNREQUIRED by default and only brand them REQUIRED when they are SHOWN. (The conditions would be the same for showing the fields and requiring them which is a bit more simple)
